Soft light on the Aspen in Surveyor's Meadow along the road to South Lake in the Eastern Sierra.
This is a must see location when the Aspen are blazing with color. I spend a lot of time here early in the Fall Color season.
At different times during the day, the tree's take on an almost neon effect depending on the sun's location and the cloud cover.
There are Aspen that line the mountain valleys and ridges.
