Chapel and Snow in Yosemite Valley

An overnight snow storm left over 8 inches of fresh snow on the ground. The tempurature was 19° and there was no wind.

The soft early morning light reflecting off of the snow and valley walls gave the perfect glow to this scene.

This image was taken right before the snow started falling again, and prior to the steps being cleaned off by a worker about 30 minutes later.
